Committed to Aboriginal Inclusion

At the end of April 2012, the University of Alberta became the first university in Canada to join the Aboriginal Human Resource Council (AHRC) Leadership Circle.

The AHRC assists its Leadership Circle members in taking organizational approaches to inclusion by developing strategies and rollout tools that advance inclusion in four areas: human resources, aboriginal procurement, leadership/corporate social responsibility, communications/marketing. As a Leadership Circle partner, the University of Alberta will have access to high quality inclusion products, education, and services.
