T2200 - Should You Sign?

Changes to Support Staff Disclosure Reporting Process
Support Staff with financial duties (e.g. purchasing), responsibility for hiring, and/or research responsibilities are required annually to complete a Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Disclosure Report. For the past few years this process was managed using an online application called E-COI. Based on feedback from users and in-depth review of the online application and its functionality, the application has been discontinued.
Payroll Deadlines Updated
The 2015 Pay Period Schedules have been added to the Pay Administration webpage. Payroll & Benefit Services has also shared a one-page Semi-Monthly Pay Dates and Monthly Pay Dates on the Pay Information webpage as a printer friendly reference of upcoming pay dates for all staff.

Benefits of Using the PeopleSoft HCM Queries for the Timesheet Process
The PeopleSoft HCM queries for the timesheet process will help to verify employee types, terminations, Time Reporting Codes and will be a useful reporting tool for auditing entries in PeopleSoft HCM.
