Benefit Rate Changes Effective April 1, 2015
Effective April 1, 2015, the premium for Optional Dependent Life Insurance will increase. The employer paid monthly premium rates for the Supplemental Health Care, Dental, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, and Employee Family Assistance Program will also change to reflect the increase or decrease in cost.
