Immigration Caveat Added to Academic Appointment Templates

Academic appointment letter templates in the HRS Forms Cabinet have been revised to now include the immigration caveat. Departments will no longer be required to insert the caveat for all non-Canadians (work permit and Permanent Residents) and instead the caveat will be included on all letters automatically.

Please begin using the revised templates immediately. Also, please note the APO appointment letter requests are still directed to It is always recommended to use the templates found in the forms cabinet so that you can be sure you have the most up to date version of the appointment letters. Please process your appointment letters according to the posted payroll deadlines.
