Graduate Student Tuition Payroll Deduction Error

Due to an unforeseen batch processing error, the outstanding Winter 2016 term graduate tuition and fees as of January 31, 2016 were not deducted from February 10, 2016 pay cheques for Graduate Teaching and Research Assistants. To adjust for this error, outstanding Winter 2016 tuition and fees will be deducted in five equal installments over the five remaining pay cheques in the term.

Graduate teaching and research assistants affected by this error have been informed of this adjustment by email. 

An automatic payroll deduction of outstanding tuition and fees is normally taken in six equal installments over the course of the term from the salary potion of their stipend payments.To learn more about the Payroll Deduction Tuition and Fees process, please visit
