Compensation Disclosure: How will it impact you?

On December 11, 2015, the Alberta government’s Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act (2015) came into effect. This Act requires that the University of Alberta disclose the name, position, compensation, non-monetary benefits and severance for all employees whose total 2015 remuneration plus severance exceeds a threshold of $125,000. More detailed information about the legislation and its potential impact on you is available on The Quad and the Compensation Disclosure webpage.
