Outage Notice: PeopleSoft HCM, Campus Solutions, Financials, and Bear Tracks

To allow for the PeopleSoft HCM Upgrade, PeopleSoft HCM, Campus Solutions, Financials, and Bear Tracks will not be available to staff or students from Wednesday, November 9, 2016 to Sunday, November 13, 2016. Service is expected to resume on Monday, November 14, 2016.

The upgrade of PeopleSoft HCM from version 9.0 to 9.2 scheduled for Monday November 14, 2016 will require a system freeze. Because of the close integration between PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, PeopleSoft Financials and Bear Tracks, these systems will need to be taken off-line as well. Human Resource Services applications that will be affected include HRDF online, HR Contact Us, Immigration management system, Homewood Online Notification, Reports To App, Benefits Election, and Employee Merit Letter.

The planned outage will begin early morning on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 and upgrade activities are expected to continue to the end of day Sunday, November 13, 2016.
