Fiscal year-end posting deadlines will affect how Salary and Benefits Adjustments are processed. Adjustments completed between April 1-6, 2017 will be posted to the previous fiscal year. Transactions for the new fiscal year cannot be processed until after April 6, 2017.

Faculty & Staff Relations and Employment Services, HRS will be holding information sessions on March 30 and April 13 regarding the new Academic Teaching Staff (ATS) Agreement, which will be replacing the current Contract Academic Staff: Teaching Agreement. These sessions will give an overview of the new agreement, and provide the opportunity to ask questions and give feedback.

The PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade project team has been working hard to complete the first round of testing of the new eForms, but ran into a number of issues. This resulted in delayed redeployment of eForms. In response, the team has changed its approach and refocused resources to allow them to make better progress. A revised schedule for eForms has now been developed; the new go live date is Tuesday, May 23, 2017.

HR Partnerships will be holding training sessions to help supervisors and managers understand their responsibilities when investigating a workplace complaint, in accordance with the Support Staff Collective Agreement.
Recruitment Services will be holding a training session for RAD, the Recruitment and Advertising Database, on Friday, April 7, 2017. RAD is a tool that supports the front end of the recruitment process and engages departments in the posting and advertising process for academic and support staff competitions.
