Use Updated Pay Schedules

In February, pay schedules for the entire year were updated to accommodate unforeseen shortened payroll processing times and the year end schedule. To prevent missing upcoming pay deadlines, please ensure you are using the updated schedules, found on the Pay Administration webpage.

We understand the inconvenience a change like this brings, and thank you for your cooperation in ensuring employees and students are paid on time. We will work with you to address any confusion this change may have caused.

Going forward please refer to the pay schedules found on the Pay Administration webpage, and discard any previous versions you may have saved or printed, as these will list incorrect deadlines.

We also encourage you to submit your paperwork to HRS as soon as it is completed rather than waiting until the deadline - this assists in creating continuous processing workflow.
