Workplace Investigations Training Session

HR Partnerships will be holding training sessions to help supervisors and managers understand their responsibilities when investigating a workplace complaint, in accordance with the Support Staff Collective Agreement.

Some topics covered in the Workplace Investigations Training Session include:
  • Different types of investigations that occur in the workplace
  • Supervisor/manager role in issues management
  • Role of the HRP in formal workplace investigations
  • Limitations of initial fact finding
  • Collective agreement provisions surrounding workplace investigations

These 1 hour training sessions will be held on Thursday, April 6 at 1:30 pm and
Monday, April 10 at 9:00 am.
