Healthcare Service Provider Delisting

When Sun Life places healthcare service providers, clinics, facilities or medical suppliers on their "delisted providers" list they no longer process or pay for claims for services or supplies obtained from these providers. We encourage you to check the list periodically so that you don't unknowingly use a delist provider, which would result in your claim being declined.

To view the newly delisted providers, you must log in to your own password protected web page through, click on “Benefits centre” in the Benefits section, and then under the “Take me to” section select “Delisted providers list”. For more about MySunLife, visit our Sun Life Member Services webpage.

Delisting a provider is necessary because it is important that only eligible claims are processed and paid. It allows Sun Life to better protect you, the university, and your group benefits plan.
