New Job Codes for GTA and GRA

In order to accurately reflect the Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) and Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) classifications, we are implementing new job codes effective September 1, 2017. HRS will work with departments that have already submitted eForms/Pay Action Forms for September 1 appointments to update the records with the appropriate job codes.

Departments that have not submitted appointments effective September 1, 2017 will be able to use eForms or PAF's with the new job codes for GTA/GRA. Departments that have already submitted eForms/Pay Action Forms for September 1 appointments do not have to resubmit the appointments. HRS will work with the departments to update the records to either GTA or GRA.
