The file format of the Position Information Form (PIF) has been changed and there is no longer a need to include combo codes (speed codes) with the form, however HRS processes related to position creation or updating remain the same.
The PIF has been changed from an excel document to a PDF. Additionally, with the discontinuation of "Position Budgeting" Resource Planning no longer needs to be notified of position changes, therefore combo codes are no longer required. As before, the PIF can be found in the HRS Forms Cabinet.
