When creating a pre-hire or guest CCID using the Create New Person ID process, please ensure you input a start date that is on or before the date the appointment will begin. In PeopleSoft, if the CCID is created with an effective date later than the appointment start date, the eForm will load the appointment with an incorrect start date resulting in an under payment.

The pay schedules for 2018 are now available on the Pay Period Schedules webpage. We will notify you via the HR Contacts email list if any of these dates change. Please note that if you choose to print or download these documents, the versions on the website will always be the most up-to-date.
All outstanding time approval transactions for salaried support staff will be processed on the last semi-monthly pay confirm date of the calendar year. This year's last semi-monthly pay confirm date is December 14, 2017. This annual process ensures outstanding time transactions are applied to the correct calendar year, and allows for the next year's leave accruals to be loaded. Outstanding time approval transactions for hourly support staff will be processed on the same pay confirm date as normally scheduled. Contact email@example.com with any questions.

A reminder for those who have not signed up for direct deposit: there will be no cheque pick-up from Monday, December 25 to Monday January 1. Payday will be on December 22 for semi-monthly staff and December 28 for monthly staff, so the next available cheque pick-up day will be Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
