Mental Health Session: The Working Mind

The Working Mind is an education-based program designed to raise the awareness and reduce the stigma associated with mental health in the workplace. Facilitated by the Mental Health Commission of Canada instructors, this session is specific to managers and supervisors. The session speaks specifically to workplace accommodations and return to work, observing changes in behaviours of staff, appropriate actions to take and communicating with staff about mental health/illness in a workplace setting.

When: Thursday, November 1,2018
Time: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Where: 1-38 University Terrace
Register: on or after October 10, 2018 - email: org.health@ualberta.ca (please include the number of people you directly supervise, department/faculty name and speed code)

While there is no cost to attend, participants who register, but cancel within 48 hours of the offering, or fail to attend, will be charged a $50.00 fee to their speed code.
