Four Months of Inactivity for Hourly Support Staff

Regardless of whether a support employee is hourly or salaried, a termination eform is required to end the appointment, should an employee cease working, as a Record of Employment (ROE) is required. If the inactivity is due to an approved leave, a leave form is required to place the employee on the leave and to generate a ROE. As a reminder, hourly support staff with no activity for four months or greater will have their appointment ended.
