Mass Approval of Outstanding Time Transactions

All outstanding time approval transactions for salaried support staff will be processed on the last semi-monthly pay confirm date of the calendar year. This year's last semi-monthly pay confirm date is December 18, 2018. This annual process ensures outstanding time transactions are applied to the correct calendar year, and allows for the next year's leave accruals to be loaded. Outstanding time approval transactions for hourly support staff will be processed on the same pay confirm date as normally scheduled.
